Some good practices for account creation:
- Do not use real names for SIP username part of the SIP accounts, use numbers or anonymous strings
- Always create a customer entry and obtain its id before adding any records for the customer.
- Set the owner id obtained during the customer creation to all SIP accounts, aliases and ENUM numbers belonging to that customer
- Set the info field during account creation of various record types to some useful information, you can search later by it
- Advice customers to use SIP aliases to personalize their SIP identity
