CDR mediation and accounting
CDRTool is a simple to use web application, which can be used with minimal
training of the helpdesk and operations staff. It gives the Operator and
subscribers real-time access to SIP usage information, traces from CDR level
to protocol level, statistics grouped by criteria like release cause,
destination or billing parties and can help pin-point SIP call flows failure
reason. End-users may have access to own Call Details Records in a web page.

To access CDRTool on you platform login to:

https://sipcdr.example.com/CDRTool

Click on the Search button. Without specifying a particular search criteria,
all SIP sessions in the last hour are displayed. You may easily refine the
search criteria or export the results to CSV files. If you wish to share
with others the results of your findings, give the search result an easy to
remember name and click on Save query button. The query criteria and its
results have been saved and available in the log page for later replay or
for mailing it to other users that have login account to CDRTool.
