OpenSIPS
OpenSIPS (Open SIP Server) is a mature Open Source implementation of a SIP server. OpenSIPS includes application-level functionalities. With a very flexible and customizable routing engine, OpenSIPS 'unifies voice, video, IM and presence services in a highly efficient way, thanks to its scalable (modular) design.

MSRPRelay

The main role of the MSRPRelay is to help NAT traversal of media sessions between endpoints located behind NAT. It can also be used for lawful interception or enterprise policy for IM sessions. This extension is defined in RFC 4976.
